Thought I needed an ignition because mine was bad but I talked to this bunch and they said my RF hub was bad so i believed them figured they knew what they was talking about so I ordered an ignition and the RF hub which was one thousand dollars total for both parts so the parts got here I put them on and it locked the key in the ACC position called them back they said it was a bad connection above my left foot under the dash so I checked everything ten times and couldn’t figure it out so I put my old RF hub back in and everything went to working properly so called them AGAIN after multiple calls back and forth with them and they gave me the run around and sent me to the manager which was the same woman I’d been dealing with and she acted like she would take care of it and said send it back but there would be a restocking fee! Which was ridiculous they sent me a bad RF hub wouldn’t warranty it checked it themselves said it was fine charged me a restocking fee and refunded some of my money for a bad part! I highly suggest staying away from this company they got a slick scam going on they will get your money one way or another and you WILL get the shaft in this deal they act like y

Update: we are now being told we have to pay a “restock fee” when returning the INCORRECT part THEY sent US, in addition to taking a loss on the refund amount for said part. They want to deduct $100 each time for shipping but they didn’t even send us the right part nor was it actually overnighted! Would be nice to be able to speak to the owner who we had been dealing with in all of this but unfortunately when trying to contact him other ways and research him a google search of his name reveals he may be out of the office for a bit.. It’s actually despicable how we have been made the bad guys in this instead of being a respectable business and owning their mistake and just send us the correct part they claim to have as of earlier this week. How are we to trust them now that they will stand by their word and actually refund us? I have no faith they would actually for once NOW do what they claim! Stay away, they’re not trustworthy! AVOID!!!!!!! This place cannot do what they claim to do. You have been warned! We contacted this company to obtain a new rf hub and key fobs for our 5th gen Dodge truck. Awesome guys ... the shipping did take an extra half a day on overnight thou... i would think at 80$ to overnight it would be in the mail early morning.... but everything else was great 👍!!!!!

Avoid this business like the PLAGUE, they randomly stole $899.95 out of my bank account acting like it was a legal charge, but wouldn't send any document to prove the transaction was legit. I've never heard of this company before and they said it wasn't me on the transaction, but refused to help fix the situation. They are either criminals themselves or protecting other scammers. STAY AWAY FROM THESE THIEVES!!!!!!!!
